My mission is to put customer needs at the heart of the business, and create life-long customers, increase lifetime value, remove friction points, and increase customer satisfaction through all customer touchpoints.

I use my skills in user research, digital marketing analytics, user experience design, and creative communication to deliver digital experience transformations that align with wider business strategies, and ultimately increase revenue and reduce costs for my clients.
